The Junior Content Creator & Video Editor will support the Tadhana Marketing team with content creation and editing for assigned client accounts. Depending on agency needs and availability, creators may be assigned between 1–5 clients per month. This role requires someone who is comfortable filming with professional camera equipment, can follow creative direction, and understands how to create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Content Creation
Capture photo and video content for client brands using professional camera equipment
Assist with content shoots at client locations throughout the Greater Seattle area
Execute shot lists while identifying opportunities for additional creative content
Capture a variety of content styles including lifestyle, food & beverage, fitness, wellness, beauty, hospitality, and retail
Organize and upload footage following agency workflows
Content Creation

Incorporate text overlays, sound design, transitions, and visual effects when appropriate
Color correct footage and ensure audio quality is optimized
Complete revisions and deliver projects within established deadlines
Video Editing
Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
Create engaging edits that align with each client's brand and marketing goals
Incorporate text overlays, sound design, transitions, and visual effects when appropriate
Color correct footage and ensure audio quality is optimized
Complete revisions and deliver projects within established deadlines

Work closely with the Tadhana Marketing team to execute content strategies
Contribute creative ideas and content concepts
Maintain clear communication regarding project status and deadlines
Support a positive and professional client experience

Qualifications
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, or social media platforms is a plus
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics and advanced editing techniques
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects
Experience with sound design and SFX
Photography experience
Experience working with businesses, brands, or client accounts

Compensation
This is a paid contractor position with ongoing monthly work available.
Compensation is structured as a monthly retainer based on experience, availability, and assigned client workload. Most creators will be assigned between 1–3 client accounts to start, with opportunities for additional projects as the agency grows.
